Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Under Chapter 13 bankruptcy, your debts, including the mortgage, will be reorganized into a repayment plan over three to five years. As part of the plan, the payments on these debts will be lowered so they are more affordable.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Chapter 7 is the quickest, easiest way to get out of debt. Under Chapter 7, unsecured debts such as medical bills, personal loans and credit cards will be discharged. This means you do not have to repay them.

Debt Consolidation

Bankruptcy is not necessarily the best option for resolving debt issues. In fact, we usually take the position the Bankruptcy should be the option of last resort. Accordingly, unlike many bankruptcy law firms, we also offer alternatives to bankruptcy. When we evaluate your case, we explain all options available to resolve your financial issues, both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy.
